Position Summary:As a Financial Reporting Specialist within the Global Family Office, you will be a key player in the Wealth Planning Center. Your primary focus will be the analysis and production of high-level consolidated financial reports. We operate with a collaborative, team-centric approach to provide bespoke service to our high-net-worth clientsKey Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting: Prepare and review consolidated balance sheets, P&Ls, and ad hoc analytical reports.
Investment Reconciliation: Gather and reconcile complex data across institutions, including capital gains, interest/dividends, and cash flow.
Team Support: Provide technical analysis and timely reporting updates to the planning team.
Quality Control: Act as a technical expert and peer reviewer for reporting processes and systems.

Requirements

Experience: 15+ years of related experience with a deep understanding of investment assets.
Education: Bachelor’s in Accounting (Required); CPA preferred.
Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Asset Knowledge: Strong background in Fixed Income and Alternative assets is a plus.
Attributes: Exceptional analytical skills with a rigorous attention to detail.
