- Manage all incoming messages on Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify, and email
- Answer and handle phone calls during business hours (9 AM – 5 PM EST)
- Ensure all customer messages are answered within the same business day
- Handle returns, refunds, and disputes professionally across all platforms, Disputes (A-to-Z) claims, open and manage cases on amazon seller central.
- Take ownership of one specialized platform (Walmart, eBay, or Shopify) and build deep expertise
- Create and maintain product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, and images
- Monitor listing health and resolving any issues promptly
- Proven experience in a customer service and e-commerce role.
- Fluent English speaker with a clear, professional accent — comfortable communicating with American customers at a level of C1 Advanced.
- Available and responsive Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
- Proficiency working with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, eBay, or Walmart Seller Center) and order management systems prefered.
- Proficiency with Seller-Cloud or similar multi-channel management tools preferred.
