- Review and screen résumés, prioritizing candidates with customer service experience.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess communication skills, service orientation, and role suitability.
- Evaluate candidates ability to handle challenging customer scenarios.
- Administer contact center–specific assessments (multitasking, system handling, etc.).
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Conduct employment reference checks.
- Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Update and manage candidate records in the ATS system.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract qualified talent.
- Stay updated on contact center recruitment best practices and industry trends.
- Education: Technical degree or university student in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Experience: Recruitment or customer service experience.
- English Level: B2- Upper Intermediate.

- Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Rotative Saturdays:9:00AM to 12:00 PM
