- Serve as the primary point of contact for individuals seeking Self-Direction services
- Educate individuals and families on program options, budget categories, and enrollment procedures
- Meet with participants to assess needs and goals, determining program fit
- Gather, review, and ensure completeness and accuracy of startup and initial budget documentation
- Submit required materials to OPWDD and follow up on outstanding items
- Maintain accurate case records in Enterprise and Evero systems
- Track application status, approvals, and follow-up actions to ensure timely processing
- Coordinate with brokers, OPWDD, and internal teams throughout the intake workflow
- Address intake questions and escalate complex issues as needed
- Transition approved individuals to the assigned OPWDD Coordinator with complete documentation and case information
- English proficiency at C1 level
- Legal authorization to work in the Dominican Republic
- Available to work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple intake cases simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills for managing documentation, deadlines, and follow-ups
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing and completing intake and budget documentation
- Working proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Prior knowledge of OPWDD/Self-Direction or similar disability services programs
- Experience in a customer-facing role communicating with clients/customers and their families
- Experience coordinating with external program coordinators or case managers
