Responible for vetting the integrity of UA cut orders vs assortments vs projections for each program before release to factory. Responsible for maintaining updated costs on master price file for sourced factories and directing the costing needs with TCA costing team based on calendar and shipping needs. Responsible for accuracy of PLM vs assortment including trims by style to coordinate purchasing of trims in a more efficient manner. Responsible for biweekly wip meeting topics related to Seasonal T&A and tracking of milestones due prior to or at next meeting. Supports production approval processes with fabric team to manage physical records (materials) by po/season/collectionWHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Weekly review of Fabric WIP reports from each mill. Accuracy of data vs prior week, changes and status updates, color updates using color bulk chart and adding to the production SharePoint site in preparation for weekly meeting.
  • Monthly review of the consolidated file from TCA and production matrix files from sourced factories for updates and identification of revisions to production start dates from prior month, ensure the cut order due dates, PPS (new styles) and TOP due dates are calculated properly. Add to production SharePoint site for leadership
  • Review assortments vs projections vs cut orders for sourced factories prior to release to the factory. Review same for TCA to alert UA planning team of corrections needed.
  • Receive and prep bulk color submits (1yd full width) match lot numbers on submit cards, prep them for review in the QC lab and maintain organization of bulk submits as required for each PO.
  • Track and maintain status update on trim samples and the content production samples as requested for each delivery date needed by creative. Communicate directly with the factories for requests, status and alert directors on requests that will require sample room production vs pull from production line
  • Create and maintain trim components by style for all core collections, adding new styles each season. Present seasonally the trim component data connected to seasonal T&A to director for planning purchasing collaboration with TCA.
  • Update Master price file with all costs approved from sourced factories and ensure file matches assortment sheet for TCA allocated product. Communicating with TCA costs as needed based on costs missing prior to shipment.
  • Create, maintain and present during bi-weekly meetings updates for seasonal new styles. Status, milestone completed and connecting this to production plan as we approach the season the new style is requested
  • Initiate all approved fabrics into PLM, ensure all fabric specs match FSS. Maintain fabric quality tab of the fabric matrix for purchasing.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) is required for this position. Must demonstrate the ability to read, speak, and write in English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Business, Planning or 4 years equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Familiar with Excel and data (reporting in general).
  • Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Experience in PLM.
  • Experience in SCALE INV MGMT system.
  • Understanding on how to use SharePoint.
  • Good Communication skills and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail (PM mentality).
  • Review products and quality control with raw materials.
  • Experience in textile plants environments.
  • Be strategic.
WHERE YOU’LL WORKOFFICE-BASED – On-Site CollaborationThis is an office-based role located in Tamboril, Dominican Republic.
