The role plays a key part in ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and timely movement of goods while maintaining accuracy in documentation and communication across all stakeholders.Key responsibilities include coordinating fabric and raw material purchase shipments in line with UA procedures and keeping TCA updated on production milestones (approvals, ex-mill dates, and estimated arrivals). This role ensures efficient container utilization by consolidating shipments from multiple suppliers, reducing freight costs. It also maintains accurate records to support transportation payments and oversees garment exports from TCA to UAN, ensuring complete documentation and close collaboration with the UAN Logistics team to approve shipments, optimize timing, and manage inbound logistics.WHAT YOU’LL DO

Consolidates and manages information from the fabric purchasing, production, and quality teams regarding raw materials purchased directly by UA for import products. Performs the same coordination with the fabric and trims purchasing team at TCA.
Plans and executes raw material shipments to TCA, ensuring optimal container utilization and selecting the best combination of transit cost and lead time to meet delivery timelines.
Maintains and organizes all documentation related to financial transactions for fabric and trim shipments, supporting the Director’s responsibilities in the payment approval process.
Leads collaborative decision-making for export shipments from TCA, ensuring compliance with UA requirements for shipment utilization and estimated time of arrival (ETA) at UAN.
Oversee the preparation and presentation of export documentation to ensure timely, accurate customs clearance of all shipments.
Works proactively with business partners to resolve any shipment-related issues involving fabric or trims, ensuring minimal disruption to the supply chain.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience in a relevant field will be considered (Logistics, Supply Chain, Shipping)
7+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, purchasing/negotiation, and/or finance/accounting
Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners
Microsoft Office: Advanced proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook, PP)
Microsoft Dynamics AX (AX): Intermediate proficiency
English Language: Advanced fluency (spoken and written)
