- Handle incoming inquiries through phone calls, social media, and referrals, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Guide families through the intake process with empathy, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Collect and verify relevant documentation, including insurance information and patient details.
- Coordinate closely with clinical and administrative teams to facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new clients.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM systems, ensuring all data is up-to-date and compliant with privacy regulations.
- Provide follow-up support to ensure families feel welcomed and informed throughout the intake process.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English, with strong communication skills in both languages.
- Previous experience in an intake specialist role or similar position in healthcare is a plus.
- Positive attitude with the ability to quickly build rapport with families.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in using CRM or EMR systems for data management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with team members.
