You will work alongside dedicated and expert teammates, sharing with them the impact your role will have. On a daily basis, you will collaborate closely with teams across the company (engineering, quality, safety, and logistics), ensuring the implementation of the project strategy and compliance with Alstom’s local policies, standards, and regulations, as well as professional standards and more.We will rely on you to:
  • Identify and manage construction and installation risks to minimize project impacts,
  • Develop and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery,
  • Monitor construction progress and report to the Construction Project Manager,
  • Implement safety measures on the construction site and promote a safety culture among teams,
  • Resolve technical and operational issues on-site in a timely and effective manner,
  • Ensure compliance with Alstom’s strategies, policies, and standards, as well as local regulations and professional norms,
  • Lead coordination between different teams to ensure effective integration of Alstom subsystems.
Your profileWe value passion and attitude over experience. So we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed a few that we believe will help you succeed and grow in this role:
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or a related field,
  • Experience or knowledge in coordinating construction and installation projects,
  • Understanding of industry standards, local regulations, and professional norms,
  • Familiarity with project management tools and construction planning software,
  • Ability to work in a team and lead multidisciplinary workgroups,
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure while maintaining work quality,
  • Commitment to safety and knowledge of safe work practices.
