- Assist with reviewing invoices to ensure accuracy and proper documentation.
- Support compliance with OPWDD and internal guidelines by following established processes.
- Work with team members and department staff to help resolve basic discrepancies.
- Help prepare materials for audits and reports and contribute to process improvement efforts.
- Learn and use internal software systems to support day-to-day operations.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth workflows and support departmental needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. at least at a level of C1 Advanced.
- Attention to detail and ability to stay organized while handling multiple tasks.
- Willingness to learn new systems, tools, and processes.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic organizational skills to manage tasks and meet deadlines
- Exposure to administrative, billing, or office support work.
- Interest in project coordination or operations.
- Experience working in a team environment.
- Familiarity with OPWDD services (not required, but a plus).
