- Conduct professional video calls and written communication with prospects
- Build trust and rapport with property managers and decision-makers
- Deliver clear, compelling product presentations and handle objections effectively
- Create urgency while maintaining a transparent and non-pushy sales approach
- Coordinate site visits and manage all next steps in the deal cycle
- Prepare and deliver proposals quickly and accurately
- Drive deals through multiple stages including approvals and contract finalization
- Support contract review and revisions with increasing independence
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records across all deals
- Track performance metrics and report on pipeline health weekly
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend actionable improvements
- Participate in structured onboarding, training, and call shadowing
- Continuously improve through coaching, feedback, and role-play exercises
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth deal execution
- 3+ years of experience in account executive, account management, or B2B sales roles
- Strong proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Airtable, HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational ability
- Digitally native and comfortable working across multiple tools daily
- Proven ability to manage multiple deals and maintain pipeline discipline
- Highly motivated, performance-driven, and goal-oriented
- Coachable with a strong willingness to learn and improve
- Experience selling to US-based clients
- Background in real estate, property management, or related industries
- Experience in B2B SaaS, services, or technical sales environments
- Demonstrated quota attainment and performance tracking
- Familiarity with contract negotiation or review processes
