Lead the planning, control, and optimization of inventory levels across the organization to support business objectives and customer service expectations. Analyze and interpret complex demand, consumption, and supply data to anticipate risks, identify gaps, and recommend strategic inventory actions (e.g., replenishment adjustments, safety stock tuning, rationalization). Drive initiatives to minimize excess, prevent stockouts, and strengthen the reliability of finished goods, raw materials, and components. Identify, lead, and execute L2/L3 level continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory accuracy, process efficiency, and system optimization. Partner with cross functional teams to eliminate root causes of inventory discrepancies and systemic issues. Monitor KPIs, develop corrective actions, and drive a culture of continuous improvement across the inventory team. Own and champion materials management best practices across networks, ensuring consistent application of inventory controls, cycle counts, reconciliation, and reporting standards. Participate in S&OE meetings and report out inventory progression for ME and MPS visibility Coordinates approval of inventory policy changes Conducts root causes analysis on pain points and recommend improvements/corrective action plans Prepares data-driven inventory target levels(water tank execution) Evaluates and Assess overal impact exceptions/scenarios in inventory based on inventory health (identify opportunity and risks) E&O/Slow moving inventory tracking and actions for improvement Ensure full compliance with materials management processes, corporate policies, and global supply chain requirements. Develop, implement, and maintain standardized work, SOPs, and process documentation for all inventory related activities. Serve as the key liaison between Operations, Procurement, Finance, and the Supply Chain COE to ensure alignment of inventory strategies and business priorities. Lead cross functional reviews of inventory performance, risks, and opportunities, presenting recommendations supported by strong analytical insights. Partner with Finance to support inventory valuation, audit requirements, and working capital improvement efforts. Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or similar careers. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in SCM related positions (planning, customer service, procurement) CPIM, CSCP or PMP certification Preferable English: conversational advanced Solid understanding of SIOP, Material planning,Inventory Mgt, MRP & demand / supply challenges Proficient skills level in MS Office: Advanced Excel and Power Point presentations. Proficient and good hands on exposure on ERP SAP,Mapics..others Preferred exposure into Power BI, SQL and PowerBI query building.
