You’ve managed complex logistics networks for both inbound and outbound freight movements and are constantly challenging the status quo. You are constantly looking for opportunities to streamline and improve cost, service, speed to optimize the end to end supply chain. You understand the complexities of working in a global supply chain (especially in recent years) and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves to manage our external partners to get things done to ensure on time in full deliveries both to our factory and to our consumer. You know how to build and assess data such as should cost models to identify areas of opportunity and prioritize work. You are also flexible and eager to expand beyond logistics to learn other areas of the supply chain such as Planning and Procurement.Main responsabilities

Manages warehouse inventory and maintains database
Implements daily production and shipping plan.
Confirms availability of item to be shipped by verifying inventory records
Identifies and reports slow moving product, so operations can act accordingly.
Documents all related activities and completes forms
Work together with Engineering to operate flows and platform
Evaluate and analyze the costs associated with storage and inventory operations.
Implement strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency across all phases of the process.
Manage terms and agreements with the purchasing department to optimize costs and ensure product quality and punctuality.
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the Trims and Warehouse warehouse staff.
Develop and maintain efficient inventory management systems to ensure product availability according to demand.
Track inventory transactions in QuickBooks and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

Industrial Engineer; Administration; Accounting or related areas
Proven experience in warehouse management, inventory control, and cost analysis.
In-depth knowledge of inventory management systems and related software.
Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on quantitative analysis.
Excellent coordination and team management skills.
Results-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
Knowledge of Airtable (Plus).
