- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales, specifically in a call center setting
- Advanced English proficiency
- Experience managing and overseeing the performance of sales teams
- Strong client relationship management skills and inside sales experience
- Ability to develop strategies for identifying and engaging business prospects
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities while managing confidential information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; motivated and results-driven
- Familiarity with sales processes and call center operations, including reporting and performance management
