- Respond to inbound leads quickly (within the first 5 minutes) via Facebook Messenger and GoHighLevel
- Maintain active conversations with multiple prospects simultaneously
- Ensure all messages are handled with urgency and professionalism
- Provide pricing to leads using a predefined pricing sheet
- Apply basic negotiation techniques when needed
- Transition conversations smoothly toward agreement and next steps
- Schedule meetings between the client and qualified leads
- Coordinate availability and confirm appointments
- Handle rescheduling when necessary
- Follow up with warm and hot leads who have not completed the process
- Re-engage prospects who showed interest but did not finalize
- Ensure no high-potential leads are left unattended
- Share lead details such as names and key info with the client
- Keep basic tracking of conversations and outcomes
- Support the simple organization of the daily lead flow
- Experience handling inbound messages, chat support, or lead response
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Ability to respond quickly and manage multiple conversations
- Basic experience with appointment setting or calendar coordination
- Comfortable using messaging platforms and simple CRMs
- Understanding of sales negotiation and objection handling
- Experience with Facebook Messenger lead handling
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel or similar CRM tools
- Exposure to lead generation or appointment setting roles
- High sense of urgency and responsiveness
- Patient and able to handle indecisive or non-serious leads
- Proactive and reliable
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Strong communicator with a persuasive tone
