- Offering Memorandums (OMs)
- Draft, design, and edit professional OMs for property listings and investment opportunities.
- Coordinate with brokers, analysts, and designers to ensure accuracy and presentation quality.
- Maintain templates and update property data for marketing materials.
- Social Media Management
- Develop and execute social media strategies to promote listings, company updates, and brand awareness.
- Create engaging content (posts, graphics, videos) tailored to platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter).
- Monitor analytics and engagement to optimize campaigns.
- Email & Communication Support
- Manage executive inboxes, draft responses, and prioritize communications.
- Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and follow up on client inquiries.
- Ensure timely and professional correspondence with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Administrative & Operational Support
- Assist with document preparation, filing, and transaction coordination.
- Support marketing campaigns and property tours.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role in real estate or professional services.
- Strong knowledge of real estate marketing materials, especially OMs.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with real estate terminology and transaction processes.
- Experience in digital marketing and analytics.
- Graphic design or copywriting background is a plus.
