- Handle objections and communicate value propositions effectively
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to nurture and convert leads
- Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives
- Ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads to the sales team
- Track engagement and conversion metrics across the pipeline
- Maintain strong pipeline hygiene and organization
- Log all outreach activities and prospect data in CRM systems
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions
- Generate reports on outreach performance and pipeline metrics
- Provide insights to improve sales development strategies
- 1–3+ years of experience in Sales Development, B2B sales, or outbound prospecting
- Proven experience in lead generation and appointment setting
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales tools
- Ability to meet outreach and performance KPIs consistently
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Experience in SaaS, AI, or healthcare industries
- Familiarity with US-based clients or startup environments
- Experience with multi-channel outreach strategies
- Track record of exceeding sales or pipeline targets
