- Manage and develop a team of 25, including 3 Supervisors and 22 line staff
- Oversee end-to-end guest experience with meticulous attention to detail
- Anticipate guest needs and ensure all requests and preferences are fulfilled seamlessly
- Collaborate with Rooms, F&B, Housekeeping, and Concierge to deliver cohesive luxury stays
- Uphold and refine SOPs aligned with Forbes-level service standards
- Coach, train, and evaluate team performance regularly
- 3-5+ years of management experience in luxury hospitality (not a first-time manager)
- Caribbean experience strongly preferred; will consider exceptional profiles without it
- Luxury hotel experience is required; Forbes Five-Star is a strong plus
- Background in Guest Experience, Guest Relations, Front Desk, or F&B management
- Spanish proficiency essential; English preferred
- Strong leadership, emotional intelligence, and a passion for elevated service
