- Supervise, coach, and develop a team of Recovery/Collections agents to achieve and exceed performance targets
- Monitor daily team performance, including call activity, recovery rates, and KPIs
- Provide real-time feedback, call coaching, and ongoing training to improve effectiveness
- Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and quality guidelines
- Analyze performance data and identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Implement action plans to drive productivity, efficiency, and revenue recovery
- Handle escalated customer situations and support agents in complex cases
- Partner with leadership to align team performance with business goals
- Maintain team engagement, accountability, and a high-performance culture
- 2+ years of experience in Collections, Recovery, or related financial services roles
- 1+ year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role (preferred)
- Advanced English (written and verbal)
- Strong background in call center environments
- Proven experience managing KPIs and driving team performance
- Strong coaching, leadership, and team development skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- High level of accountability and results-driven mindset
