- Customer Support: Provide direct support to users (including instructors, teachers, administrators, students, and Sales and Marketing staff) via telephone and email.
- Order Tracking: Track and report on order status and service levels.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate customer purchase order records.
- Quality and Productivity: Meet quality, productivity, and turnaround time expectations.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to growing the department’s capabilities by assisting in building more scalable processes, supporting documentation, and metrics needs.
- Inventory Management: Identify back-ordered or out-of-stock items with meticulous attention to detail.
- Construction Coordination: Keep track of construction schedules through communication with superintendents and electronic scheduling tools.
- Experience: Previous experience as an Administrative or Executive Assistant is beneficial.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in using Windows-based programs and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to operate automated computerized warehouse management systems.
- Strong spreadsheet skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Attention to detail.
