As an Order Processor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of orders within our organization. Your responsibilities will include processing incoming orders, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring timely delivery to customers. Here are the details:Duties and Responsibilities: * Process Orders: Efficiently process incoming orders according to department guidelines and policies.
  • Customer Support: Provide direct support to users (including instructors, teachers, administrators, students, and Sales and Marketing staff) via telephone and email.
  • Order Tracking: Track and report on order status and service levels.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate customer purchase order records.
  • Quality and Productivity: Meet quality, productivity, and turnaround time expectations.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to growing the department’s capabilities by assisting in building more scalable processes, supporting documentation, and metrics needs.
  • Inventory Management: Identify back-ordered or out-of-stock items with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Construction Coordination: Keep track of construction schedules through communication with superintendents and electronic scheduling tools.
Qualifications: * Education: A relevant degree such as a Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Education, Business, Computer Science, Communication, Technical, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience as an Administrative or Executive Assistant is beneficial.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in using Windows-based programs and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to operate automated computerized warehouse management systems.
  • Strong spreadsheet skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Flexible Schedule: Willingness to adapt to a flexible work schedule.
