- Manage and maintain financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process and reconcile financial transactions and ensure accuracy in financial statements.
- Prepare and submit regular financial reports, summaries, and analysis to clients.
- Handle bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Assist clients in budgeting and financial planning.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Help clients streamline financial processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Provide support and guidance to clients on financial matters.
- 1+ years of proven experience in US bookkeeping and accounting roles
- Candidate MUST be comfortable doing graveyard shift (MNL TIME) on a Fulltime basis.
- Candidate MUST be proficient in using QuickBooks.
- Candidate MUST have an Accounting Degree.
- Excellent understanding of financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record keeping.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
