Woriking Model On SiteGENERAL DESCRIPTION OR PURPOSE OF JOBThe Client Service Account Executive is responsible for handling Consumers requests and processing them into our CRM systems. Orders are received by telephone, fax, and email. They are the frontline communication to the customer and help resolve complaints returns. Provides help and assistance in all the activities related to the department.Responsibilities

Communication with factory Art Dept. Order changesJob Requirements
Term Student or college Graduated.
Strong work ethic and good attitude.
Excellent typing skills and computer literacy and workinglevel skill with the basic MS Office suite Word, Excel, Outlook, Explorer
professional phone etiquette
Strong effective interpersonal communications
Listening skills and attention to detail both written and verbal communication is key.
