As part of OSA, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with leading American companies while working remotely from your home country.This role is ideal for highly skilled video editors who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about creating engaging short-form content for social media platforms. You will play a pivotal role in elevating raw footage into premium, high-performing videos that drive engagement and brand visibility.Key responsibilities include:
  • Edit Instagram Reels and TikTok content daily to achieve high performance and engagement.
  • Transform raw footage into premium short-form videos using advanced transitions, sound design, and creative pacing.
  • Apply motion elements, visual effects, and creative enhancements to elevate content quality.
  • Create and integrate AI-generated video content, developing prompts and workflows for AI video generation tools.
  • Combine AI-generated content seamlessly with traditional edits for cohesive deliverables.
  • Maintain extremely high quality standards while delivering projects with fast turnaround times.
  • Collaborate closely with creative teams on direction and content strategy.
RequirementsRequired Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of professional experience editing short-form social media content for Instagram Reels and TikTok
  • Portfolio showcasing at least 5 personally edited videos demonstrating complex edits, advanced transitions, sound design, and strong pacing
  • Expert-level proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Photoshop
  • Hands-on experience using AI video generation tools
  • Ability to create and iterate prompts and workflows for AI video generation
  • Experience combining AI-generated video content with traditional edits in a single deliverable
  • English proficiency at C1 level (written and verbal)
  • Available to work full-time during Eastern Time (EST) business hours
  • Experience with Higgsfield AI video software prefered
  • Strong design sense including typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
  • Expert-level ability in animations and text animations for short-form content
  • Highly creative with strong independent thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and consistency
  • Own computer suitable for professional video editing
  • Own Adobe software/licenses for Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop
