- Executive Support
- Manage Founder’s calendar, appointments, and travel logistics.
- Screen, prioritize, and draft communications (email, calls, messages).
- Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and follow-ups for meetings.
- Business Operations
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflows.
- Track deliverables, deadlines, and project milestones.
- Support marketing, fulfillment, and customer service initiatives as needed.
- Administrative & HR Support
- Assist with onboarding, documentation, and people-operations tasks.
- Maintain confidential records and files.
- Support budgeting, reporting, and operational documentation.
- Continuous Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies and propose streamlined processes.
- Implement organizational systems to improve scalability and predictability.
- Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business Administration, Communications, or related field).
- 3+ years of experience in executive assistance, operations, or business administration.
- Experience in e-commerce or fast-paced entrepreneurial environments is a plus.
