English Level Required: C1/C2 (Near-Native Writing – Mandatory)About the RoleWe are seeking a strategic, results-driven Healthcare Operations Manager to lead and oversee a high-impact healthcare account within a dynamic BPO environment.This is a client-facing leadership role responsible for operational excellence, regulatory compliance, KPI performance, and long-term client satisfaction.
