Outsourcing Advantage is seeking a detail-oriented, digitally skilled graphic designer to join our dynamic team. This role is best suited for someone with a graphics background who thrives on precision, organization, and visual communication. While creativity is a plus, this is primarily a technical role focused on preparing files for production, coordinating timelines, and ensuring artwork/signage is ready to print or fabricate. You must be self-driven, an expert at communication, and love what you do.Responsibilities
  • Prepare visual specification packages for art, signage, logos, and wallpaper using PowerPoint.
  • Set up high-resolution print files – downloading, upscaling, and resizing images correctly.
  • Ensure color accuracy for all deliverables Color adjustments/matching.
  • Collaborate with our design, print, and production teams to bring concepts to completion.
  • Use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to format and refine print-ready artwork.
  • Enforce quality control standards to ensure all files output meet expectations.
  • Maintain precise and organized documentation and file systems.
  • Stay current with design trends and emerging tech (including AI tools) to boost quality and efficiency.
  • Image recreations, Custom mural creations and AI generation,
  • Preparing ADA Signage, Custom art, mural and logos/cutouts spec packages and files ready for printing/cutting on media other than paper: canvas, vinyl, acrylic etc. These files are printed and cut on our CNC and Laser Cutters, as well as roll to roll and flatbed printers.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a graphic production/design coordination role.
  • Strong Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), PowerPoint, and Canva skills.
  • ADA/braille signage software (any)
  • CAD and 3D Modeling Software (Sketchup etc)
  • Deep understanding of print specifications, file prep, and layout practices.
  • Basic color-matching skills
  • Visual composition skills and attention to detail (even if you’re not designing original artwork).
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management abilities.
  • A proactive, self-driven attitude with a passion for delivering great work.
  • Interest in long-term growth and collaboration.
This is a technical, highly detail-focused role. We're looking for someone with digital production experience: preparing spec packages, refining files, and ensuring artwork is print-ready.
