- Monitor live auctions and track proceedings in real time.
- Take detailed notes on auction activities, including bids and outcomes.
- Identify and report mistakes or discrepancies promptly to the moderator.
- Communicate effectively with the moderator during live sessions.
- Enter order details accurately into the system when required.
- Assist in maintaining auction records and documentation.
- Provide operational support to ensure auctions run smoothly.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college-level coursework in business, communications, or related fields preferred.
- Prior experience in administrative support, customer service, or event coordination is an advantage.
- Familiarity with online auction platforms or e-commerce systems is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain focused in fast-paced, live environments.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, Google Workspace).
- Quick learner with adaptability to new platforms and tools.
