Innovating on your systems and logistical flows is second nature to you, and you’re always researching and experimenting with how you can drive your team to the cutting edge of manufacturing.Responsible for ingesting and implementing the Digital x Analog principles into the Sew Station and owning the throughput KPI's defined by Resonance. Specific responsibilities concerning to this position are:

Responsible for providing and establishing lean operations systems to deliver tangible results in Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost, Delivery, Environment and People for the DR’s Sew Nodes.
Develop and enable the Sew performance improvement strategy, driving towards our destination for both internal sew and distributed sew partners.
Plan, organize, direct and optimize our approach to production to enable Resonance to deliver our MAKE Sew destination.
Understanding the engineering principles and work allocation inside the sewing cells, then generate improvement strategies through flow, layout, equipment, and people in order to improve results.
Ensure people and resources are applied in an efficient and effective manner to meet delivery requirements, while achieving quality and safety standards.
Effectively lead and drive accountability for all operations personnel to deal with all day to day responsibilities, hourly team ownership, accountability, performance management and ensure operations team members eliminate all judgement in their work through following instructions and training exactly as written.
Work very tightly with the digital engineering layer to understand the body industrialization flows and collaborate on methods and procedural improvements.
Lead the implementation of Resonance Owned Sew living wage program through attracting new talent, properly training & certification of members to effectively complete tasks and ensure the overall results delivery both KPI & financial.
Teach, coach, and develop the supervisory team in the assembly node to help enhance their professional skills and capabilities in order to enable their career development.

Requirements

Experience in sewing and/or textile industry
Experience sorting and creating physical paths for different flows.
Strong understanding of Time studies and System Optimizations based on queueing principles.
Advanced English
High attention to detail and installation aesthetic
Organization & order comes naturally to you
Great communication skills
Highly analytical and data driven
Comfortable working in a culture based on continuous improvement
Intensely curious
Experience managing in a fast-paced environment
