On this role, you will play a critical role in creating and maintaining a strong online presence for our brand. You will be responsible for engaging with our audience, developing and managing social media content, and coordinating online campaigns. You should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be a team player.Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy
Create, curate, and manage social media content
Manage online reputation and respond to customer inquiries
Coordinate social media campaigns and events
Monitor and analyze social media metrics to improve engagement and reach
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and social media platforms

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
3+ years of experience in social media management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and tools
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in organizing and executing online campaigns
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
